Susan Ann (Elway) Wallace has worked as secretary of Countryside Free Methodist Church since 1987. She has been married to Kenneth Wallace since 1960 and together they have 3 children, Terry, Don, and Betty (Mark) Pagel. Sue grew up in Port Sanilac by Lake Huron and attended Port Sanilac Elementary. She graduated from Carsonville High School in 1960. As a teen, Sue worked in the family store, Elway's Restaurant, across from the park 2 miles south of Port Sanilac.

Sue's interests are gardening (several flower gardens), animals, and collecting anything related to holidays.

She has three guinea pigs, two dogs; Cindy, a German Shepherd mix, and Lucky, a Sheltie and the newest of the canine family, and eight cats, ALL ADOPTED AND SPOILED! Sue also enjoys her fish aquariums. She is presently a member of the Red Hat Society and enjoys singing in the church choir. Ken and Sue live on a 160 acre farm where Ken grew up in Carsonville. They grow soybeans and wheat .

Sue says it's a real joy serving God and the Countryside family and working with such a fine Pastor and co-workers. She couldn't imagine a nicer place to work.
